SWEEPSTAKES CLEARING HOUSE suckered me Internet

i ordered a sterio.
i got a coupon for x amount of $
package came fed x.
i live in a duplex.
i was not home.
it came to the neibour.
of course they refused it, because there was a $41.05 cod charge.
i did not see this in the information i recieved.
i called sweepstake clearing house about this matter.
i told them i wanted a refund.
seeing they already had my money, they told me i would still be charge the s&h charge of 41.05.
what a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the balance of 58.90 would be refunded to me.
