SWEEPSTAKES CLEARINGHOUSE LIED TO ME. Rip-off! DALLAS Texas

I had order some luggage from Sweepstakes Clearninghouse. I paid for it, but had to pay S/H when it came. The UPS man kept on taking it back. I was in contact on and off with Sweepstakes Clearinghouse the custom service was very bad. Finally I decided that I wanted my money back. So I ask to speak with a manager. I did a Mr. Rocky Gonszalez, he seem to be helpful, I told him that I would like to get my money back, he seem like him wanted help so he said that he would take some money off my S/H fee, and that he would expedite it and that I would this coming wednesday.

I took off to make sure that I would get it this time. It did not come. I call Mr. Gonszalez, and told him this. He tells me that he did not tell me that it was coming this wednesday. I liked to have been close to him at that time, because he know,I know, and the Lord knows that he told me that. Am not just going to take off in the middle of the week for know reason. So I told Mr. Gonzalez that to please send me my money, he said when they get the luggage back, then I will get my money.

I want my money now, because I do not have any luggage, and I do not have $80.00 to be giving to a big company. I have been dealing with these people for a while now. I have things in lay-away with them right now and so do my daughter, but after I get these out I will not be dealing with them anymore. I just want my money back.
and I will write anybody that I have to, to get my $80 back, and Mr.Gonszalez, you don't even lie to a child of God. and if you can't something don't anyone you can. PlEASE help me get my money BACK. THANKS
