On June 9th, I ordered the Elmo birthday party invitations, bubble wrappers and the return address labels thinking I had found the perfect way to personalize my son's 1st birthday. The samples on the website were definitely cute! I knew that I would need to order with plenty of time because on the website she stated that you need to allow up to 72 hours for the proofs to be emailed to you.

After placing my order, I promptly received an email stating that the order had been confirmed and I would receive my proofs to be approved by the specified time. From that quick response, I did become even more impressed. Well, days went by (8 to be exact) and no proofs. So I called the company and ...answer machine. I emailed and...no response.

I repeated this process numerous times for the next few days. This lady didn't even have the decency to respond. That's when I really started to get worried. Then I decided to "Google" the company - and that's when I figured I got scammed. There were a number of individuals describing the EXACT same situation that I had found myself in. Someone who robs you and runs! I am now going through my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I recently, went on the company's website and noticed an announcement stating that she is implementing a new order management and proofing system. Well to say the least, she needs one plus a little jail time! I would NOT recommend ANYONE to purchase from this company. It is a shame she is allowed to still be in business.
