I like several others ordered birthday invitations for my son's birthday party. I received an email right away the following day with a copy of the proof. I approved it and sent it back, but two weeks later have never received the invites. She has charged my credit card, though no service was provided. I have emailed her several times and have called. She has not responded to my emails or calls. I then researched her company on-line and come to find out she has 100+ compliants against her and it seems she has been running this scam for years. My credit card company will be disputing the charge with her and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I am not too sure why she has been allowed to stay in business. She is a total scam and needs to be shut down. One would Kristen....KARMA!
