The owner is a racist and a homophobe and her daughter who answers the phone is a monotone c*** with a I'm better than you attitude. They send out drivers who look like and act like they are on crack but when i ask the owner she plays stupid and acts like she knows nothing. The animals particularly the ponies are in bad shape their hooves aren't kept shaved down ythey have diarrea and send out white bunnies with piss stains their white lattice fences are covered in s***. I've hearf the owner drop the N bomb at my party while on the phone and she thinks shes being smart by getting the kids to help but really doesn't want to work. They need a new phone girl she is so rude and obviously miserable with 2 really bad kids in the back ground awful people.
