I have ordered from sweetpaulapods before, and a few years ago it used to be a trustworthy site. But now beware. I have ordered with her recently and the she never sends the orders on time.

Most recently, I placed an order on March 7th 2016 (her website says orders placed before 11am pst ship the same day), and I ordered well before that time. Well, it is March 15th and still no order, no tracking number, and she has not returned any of my seven emails. My debit card was charged for the price of the product, and yet I have received no response from this company telling me what to do or what the problem is.

Her billing dept appears to be her company as well: Yates Enterprises. The address is **** ****** ***, ***** **** *****, *****. Are other people having similar issues?
