Swell HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Irvine California

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I cannot believe how horrible their attitudes are through the phone and email. I ordered an item in April and never received it so I decided to send them an email, and their response was very disappointing. I informed them that I did not receive my item and I asked if I can either have the item sent to me again or issue me a refund.

Their customer service said they don't issue refunds that and that they will work with the post office after 5 days of the expected delivery date. In my opinion, this is a ridiculous policy. I don't see the harm in contacting the post office when I notify them of my issue.

Instead they do not respond to my emails for a few days and I have to follow up with them on the status of my order. After sending about a dozen emails and following up with them, I decided that I did not want to deal with their email customer service representative's attitudes so I gave them a call.

Their customer service on the phone was just as bad, but they said they were able to issue me store credit after escalating it to a supervisor. The lady I spoke to informed me that the store credit will appear in my account in about 24 hours. When I finally had time to go back to look for something to purchase with the store credit (about 4 months later), it was not in my account.

I cannot express how frustrated and furious I am at this point. I've gotten to the point where I do not want to deal with them at all. I just want my money back and I can careless about whatever store credit or discounts they could offer - I will not support their business.
