Swift Trans a crooked company Pheonix, Arizona jonestown, pennsylvania

Crooked is what this company is.i talk to other Swift drivers and hear about them not getting miles,on road problems,idle problems,lousy equipment problems,and an over all bad comunication with the company.

i dont have a problem with my miles but understand and have seen thier's 1st hand. my biggest problem with this company is that the driver managers talk to you like your trash.like your a child.my child is grown up need i say more?

the driver managers talk like when they drove the wheel was made of stone and you will never endure what they have. however the best is when you are scheduled for hometime.this is when your driver manager talks to you like you are thier child and think they control your life. for the 3rd time they are doing this to me.each time i have made verbal arrangments and then had typed this information over our qualcom computer.

the 1st time i was supposed to help my 62 year old mother move .i was stranded in atlanta ,ga 600 miles away and a new driver. next i had purchased tickets to a concert after running this information by my driver manager.i refued a load that delivered at the time of the concert.her response:when you become an owner operator you can tell me what you can and cant do.

now its my birthday. i am going to miss that but am i gonna miss the hockey game that my sister purchased for me?even better is people took off of work for this? how can this company walk on water? how can they renneg on agreements? who is letting them get away with this,whatever it is called?

i picture an employer calling swift and as soon as they say yes john dough did work here they hang up!good enough!
i though black balling was illegal? how is what they have done with the liscence legal? are lawyers scared? i love the job but i hate how the company treats us.
