Swift Trans Dishonest,verbal assult,lack of experinced mentors. Pheonix Arizona

I was hired in Nov of 06 at the richmond,va terminal and was awaiting a mentor to go out for training. I left the Va area and went to Tx to help out my sister. i left messages with them that i did & I called them in Dec.They said that i would have to go through the work well again and redo my papper work, because of someone had quit and that i was left off the list to get a mentor. That was the start of the worst job ever and the lack of experience mentors that i'd ever met.

My 1st mentor said that i was taking meds while i was driving,there for i was put on safty only after a week of OTR My 2nd mentor bearly spoke any english and yelled at me for not driving over 10hrs a day and said that all i wanted to do was sleep. My 3rd and last mentor was a special circumstance mentor that had just finished up 6 weeks of training,and had gone through the Swift school.

Over the corse of 1.5 weeks, i was called everything in the book and that i couldnt drive nor back up . Also this person used the comp equiptment to move. She/Him had put all of thier stuff upon the top bunk, and said that the cab part was also a sleeper berth. so i slept in the seats. At the Salt Lake city Terminal, i had accidently for got to lock the truck, and when she/he found out. proceedly to viberly assult me and then punched me. I made a report of this to Kent at the terminal, and now he nor the driver managers at my home terminal ( Lancaster,Tx ) cand find this reprot that i'd filed.

after all of that i went back to the truck to get all my stuff, and found all except my Feb log and address book had been throw out behind the truck. I call my terminal and they told me to find someone going back to Tx, That was on the 13th of Mar. On the 19th of march i finaly got back to Tx after getting a bus ticket back.

I am still in search if legal counsel for filling a grievence against Swift for Defermation, Assult and battery. plus safty hazards w/ the equiptment.
