Driver manager sends an inexperienced driver into ice storm before super-bowl Sunday this driver only had two weeks experience driving solo ie: on their own.

The driver got stuck a few times due to the storm and his inexperience and the driver manager didn't like it and he was terminated due to their inexperience, If you ask me I would say why send a freshman to do a seniors job shame on the driver manager. I would say it is the driver manager that nes a new job.

Next time you get in that situation, an unsafe situation where you know what's ahead and is dangerous, Quallcomm; "I feel it's too dangerous to proceed" That's it! In 8 hrs the plows would be through, and you'd be on your way. They can't make u drive off a cliff!! If u drive off a DM's cliff, then your fired!! DM keeps his J-O-B!
