SWM/ NUBODI Scammed me for $89.31, didn't give me any time to sample product before monthly billing LAS VEGAS Nevada

As in most of the reports I read here, Nubodi promises 14 days to sample their Colon Cure product before being futher billed, but it took all 14 days to get the free sample. I was then immediately billed for $89.31 for 30 days of Colon Cure. However, the insert with my free offer said I would be billed $87.31 for a 45 days supply. Since I didn't get what the insert promised, I called the company and said I wanted my $89.31 refunded and I would return the unused and still tamper-sealed Colon Cure product to them. They of course refused.
I guess I was lucky I only had to stay on hold listening to that crummy voice say: "Please stay on the line. Your call will be answered in the order in which received" about 30 minutes. I talked to a basic telemarketer, a supervisor and then the manager. All said "No!". I called my credit card company and have filed a disputed claim. I intend to follow up with the Federal Trade Commission and with the Nevada Consumer Affairs folks. Companies like this need to be put out of business. I'm not done with them, not by a long shot.
