I purchased an iPhone Unlocking software digital download for $33.45. An email confirmation was sent upon purchase with a link to download the software. When clicking the link I received errors and was unable to receive the software. I then visited the company website and submitted a "support ticket" which, in bold letters, stated that I would hear a response within 24hrs. 72 hours after not receiving a response I again submitted a support ticket and still received no response. Finally I called the phone numbers listed both on the website and on my credit card statement. BOTH were NON-WORKING numbers.
