We ordered a transmission from Southwest Transmissions in St. Louis, MO, and they were easy to contact during the sale.  They shipped us one transmission for our son's car, and it was faulty.  It took TWO WEEKS to get them to pick our transmission up; Dave and John, the owners, are avoiding our phone calls and refuse to give us the money back!  We are fed up with these fraudsters - as we see on the internet, they've done other people dirty, too!  We will be contacting the Missouri Attorney General and the St. Louis Police Department if out refund isn't processed IMMEDIATELY.  First red flag: they have NO physical contact information on their website, swtransmissions.com - second red flag: Dave claims John's the boss, when they are actually co-owners!  Do not use this company for any transmission purchases!!
