Symantec Corporation ripoff SystemWorks Rebate Unfulfilled Phoenix Arizona

I bought a 2003 Professional Edition of System Works and received a rebate certificate with the value of $30. I included all the essentials, and carefully copied everything that was requested.

I waited and waited and after six weeks I called to see what the status was. They told me that the proof of purchase was not included. I told them that in fact it was and that I had copies of everything I submitted. They told me they would call me with a report. I was called a few days later and told the check was being processed.

I never did receive that check, and my calls never went through. I forwarded a message back to them in e-mail, but, never got a reply. I finally gave up after all these months. By the way, when they called, they said the rebate would only be for 20. I was upset but at that point, I felt something was better than nothing. But the laugh was on me, I never even received that. Talk about feeling dooped.
