Synapse Solutions Inc CHARGES CREDIT CARD FOR ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED TURNED THEM IN FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES, DIDNT RECOGNIZE COMPANY Stamford Connecticut

I received my credit card bill with charges I didn't recognize, TWZ jewlery. I had never heard of them and had not received any items in the mail to back up the charges. I contacted the credit card company to inquire into what this charge could be for and all they knew was the name of the company that posted the charges. After talking to them I turned it in as a fraudulent charge since I had no idea what it was. I just received today in the mail a bill from Synapse Solutions for the amount in question. Turns out they are a company that puts merchandise offers in with our credit card statements. I don't remember ever placing any orders although I do recall the names of the items from their ad. All I can say if they want any money from me they need to provide me with proof that an order was placed and the merchandise ordered.
