Visa statements used to lure you into to this ripoff scheme. I finally figured out how this company could have gained access to my information.

I received a letter from Capital One visa awarding me 3,600 instate points to be used to redeem very attractive software titles. The titles are home and garden, home depot, etc. I read the fine print and Synapse is the company handling the orders.

Visa has a disclaimer at the bottom of course, it very easy to miss. Since they use Capital One stationary and everything looks like your credit card company except the very last few lines of the very fine print it is blatant deception and misuse of Capital One Visa customers.
