SynCom Communications is a third party collection firm.  They have a poor reputation for non compliance with various FTC rules and regulations.

If you do not wish to have them contact you, send them a cease and desist letter.  Basically it should include those words: Cease and Desist from contacting me, or my family, friends or neighbors in any manner including by telephone or letter mail.  It would be preferable if you sent your letter to them by certified mail but under the law that is not required.

Should they continue to contact you after sending the cease and desist letter, you can get professional assistance from a variety of law firms that specialize in FTC collection violations.  One that I recommend is xxxxxxx Law Offices. (((REDACTED)))  They will usually review your information for free.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! Yes, I am from Missouri and you are an inept, arrogant and probably stupid collector.  Jim White said this about stupid: You can't fix it!

The FTC regulates 'collection' companies and as such they have penalties for violators.  The US code is meant to keep self-serving, over bearing corporations, and their low life employees, from abusing people.

So instead of brow beating debtors, do take them to court, let the judge decide who is right.  In Missouri the court system frowns on third party collectors that abuse folks. You may know our state motto: show me, jackass..  that would be you friend.

As for you, grow up, get a job doing something positive with your life instead of wallowing in other peoples misery.  You are really a very sad individual with apparently only a basic, and obviously course, vocabulary.  You probably have little or no formal education, I bet you pretend to be a big man bully on the telephone and on the Internet, but get you into a court of law and you would melt. Smart a*s comments like those you tend to make would put you in contempt and possible in jail.  Like Tom Botdett says, we'll keep a light on for you if you would like to visit us.

I am finished with you, SynCom, and will waste no additional time on your meaningless comments. Have a nice life!

You can send them a letter, and tell them cease, and desist.  But you know what they can SUE YOU!!!  You are from Missouri, and the state of Missouri allows wage garnishment, and seizure of bank accounts.

Good luck deadbeat!!! make them a offer, and pay your bills.
