synergy direct solutions Lied Deceived and scamed my business out of money completely misrepresented their product San Diego , California

This company,syergy direct solutions,scamed me out of money by promising me every thing in the world and lying to me about what they were selling to me (marketing of a custom designed website).Once they got my credit card number they said they were not going to provide me any of the market sevices that they told me would be preformed with a custom built website.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         They entered my business information into a current website templet that already was built by them and told me it was custom built.There was nothing custom about the site.Then they told me they would take my money no matter what.They also denied telling me they would market the website,which we went over for almost 2 hours.I called and asked them for my money back and they lafted and no way we scamed you and good luck.I told them  and the CEO of the company that I would do a charge back with my bank card and did so through visa sucsessfuly.                                                                                                                        

Now they are calling me back 4 months later telling me that they want to take my money.They are rude and crass and if I have to stick my lawyer on them that has nothing to do and he is already under contract with my company.I will run up a $100,000 bill over this just for the fun of it and because I hate lying and deception.
