Randy Charach is the owner of Synery Marketing Group he offered a program "Domain Portfolio Management Program" I paid $997.00 for the program and signed and dated the agreement that stated, "no refunds would be possible UNLESS the terms of the guarantee ARE NOT met." Well, the guarantee within the agreement was and is that "there WILL be monthly checks sent by synergy"...there were no checks! When I complained, Randy sent me a letter telling me that he in fact handed over control and ownership to a company based in Europe (CPU) I did not sign an agreement with CPU I signed it with Synergy. I contacted the company a few times and have not received a response. Randy Charach has indicated to me that he is on his way to Europe probably to escape the Feds! I am now is talks with a lawyer.
