Synnd.com, Synnd or otherwise known as Social Media Science is a company that provides social syndication services to promote websites through social media. You buy a set of credits and get Facebook likes, Twitter Tweets and bookmarkings.
First, their software is extremely awkward and clumsy. The dashboard, interface and usability is horrible seems to be programmed from the era of the video game "Pong" or at best early internet era of 1995. There is no way to know that until you pay your "non-refundable" 30 days and get shocked you just got ripped off and/or have to spend hours just to figure the basics of how to use the thing.
I've been programming websites for 10 years and very computer savvy, so trust me when I say it is not userfriendly and huge waste of your time and money.
Just to use it you need to watch at least 1.5 hours of video just to learn the very basics of how to set up your account and get a simple, bare bones social media campaign going. You don't know they dropped this bomb on you until you've paid for 30 days of their service in advance.
When I had questions and not 3-10 hours to watch their training tutorials and blog posts about how to use their services, I emailed them through their "contact us" form. I received a reply email back 2 business days later from someone who told me to watch the horrible video I already watch that did not help 2 days ago!
This whole this is a total scam. I paid for a software service that is incredibly poorly designed, not user friendly and wastes many hours of an internet marketers and entrepreneurs time to figure out. Then they do NOT support or help you with their own software. They give you another link to their tutorials and pdfs and tell you to figure it out.
I found this a fraud. I complained and asked what their phone number is and I want to talk to a manager or responsible party from Synnd.com and Social Media Science. The same guy who answered me the first time told me he is the owner of the company, there are no refunds and no phone number.
He stated if I try to cancel charges with my credit card he'll send me to a collection agency!
I have told Social Media Science (SMS) and Synnd to cancel my account and NOT keep charging me through the email address they have on file. They refuse to cancel the autobilling. For the last 6 months they keep charing my credit card. I have disputed this for fraud with my credit card company. However, they keep on charging my card each month despite my numerous emails to their owner and supposed only customer service person.
Recently, I was at a national social media conference where I spoke in front of over 700 social media and SEO marketers explaining the fraud and scam Social Media Science and Synnd have going. I was taken aback to hear from many other social marketers that they have gone through similar experiences and been ripped by Synnd (SMS).
One person stated the had to ask their credit card company to reissue a new credit card number because Synnd kept autobilling them each month despit having clearly cancelled the monthly service. Then they recieved this email after months of trying to cancel services and changing their credit card number:

Are you serious? Nice try with a rebuttal. Where is your proof? Synnd is a fraud. You keep autobilling me after you formally tell them to cancel your account and stop billing you. This is obviously one of Synnd owners/founders who are trying to hide their poorly functioning customer service, lack of support and extremely poor software design.
You run a scam operation, provide a shoddy Social Media Science software and refuse to cancel autobilling. Look no further than the Synnd review pages online that complain and warn you to stay away from Synnd. You're not deceiving anyone nor will be able to sweep your lies away with fake rebuttals from seemingly online supporters who feel you're so great.
You try to add some legitimacy to by not even addressing the complaint of their service fraudulent billing practices, but rather tries to take the attention off the real problem and tell you how some annonymous poster in a forum is a nuclear weapons and decorated miltary hero. You're not fooling anyone with an IQ over room temperature.
What proof? Do you really want me to furnish you the documentation i.e. emails, my credit card statement I sent to the Kansas Attorney General's office who is investing your company for fraud?
It's funny as soon as this review was posted there were 4 simultaneous postings from the people at Synnd to make it seem like the world was coming to rescue them and set the record straight. It's so blatantly obvious the guy trying to defeding Synnd and rebutt the review is part of the Social Media Science company. Nice try on the damage control.

Why don't you take personal responsibility for the malfunctioning/poorly designed software you created that you don't provide support for? You steal from people, can't adequately look up a customer service request and respond effectively/accurately to the customer. You're stealing money in the autobilling you do not cancel.
Give me your credit card number. I'll keep billing you for something you cancelled 5 times in writing and then, I'll tell you to take responsibility.
I have notified law enforcement several times in Witchita, KS including the Attorney General's office who just informed me they are doing a formal investigation of your Synnd.com and Synnd review business practices for fraud. I hope to see you behind bars soon.
Nice try making fake ripp off reports accounts and posting fake rebuttals defending your pathetic and criminal company.
You should be ashamed of yourself hiding behind a fake internet account and saying your some military guy to get credibility. That too is crime and a felony in the state of Kansas.

A Honest Review Of Synnd

As a business owner myself, it's always disappointing to me to see a frustrated customer use the internet as their weapon to try and tear good, honest, hardworking people down.
Frankly, when someone starts throwing words like scam and fraud around, especially as freely as this reviewer has, the red flags immediately start to go up for me. Those are deadly serious accusations. If you're going to use them you better present hard, hard evidence to back it up or everything else you say looses credibility including your own character.
Having read the review now three times I'm left wondering where the evidence of fraud and scam are. I don't see it. At worst it seems like a big unfortunate misunderstanding. Likely, it seems like the reviewer just didn't have the mental toughness to first undestand the power of the tool he was holding nor the Pig Headed Discipline to figure it out and execute it wisely.
My mentor Chet Holmes author of "The Ultimate Sales Machine" taught me about Pig Headed Discipline and it's power to change your business. I think this reviewer would be wise to pick up a copy of that book. But I digress...
I see a customer who had an experience that didn't meet expectations. It happens. It's happened to all of us.
However, in this case, I'm compelled to come to the defense of Synnd based on my experience as a long-time customer who has had direct over-the-phone interaction with two of the companies top leadership.
I'll sum up my experience with these two gentleman in two words: Impeccable Character.
As a decorated military officer who protects his integrity with his life I don't throw those two words around lightly, but they are more than deserved here.
With regard to the product it's first class. I speak with expertise on this topic as an owner of a 7 figure digital marketing agency in Denver, Colorado. The Synnd product is considered a nuclear weapon in the type of business we do.
As a former military officer I can also speak to weaponry. If you're going to choose a M9 Beretta as your weapon of choice then you'll end up in several hours of hands on training. The military hands out M9 Berettas pretty freely to able bodied soldiers.
Nuclear weapons on the other hand are a different story. In the wrong hands they can cause great destruction as we all know. In the right hands, when used with poise, discipline, and accurate thinking they can get the job done better than most other weapons. In the military case used more as a deterrant and done so very effectively. In the online marketing arena when the Synnd nuclear weapon is used effectively it's a total game changer.

Learning how to effectively use a nuclear weapon takes more than a few hours of training. In the military it takes years of training. In the online world expect several focused and disciplined months of practice and testing and geting things dialed in...
... but when you do... You'll wake up each and every morning with a smile on your face knowing you've got that nuclear weapon in your arsenal. Synnd is exactly that.
Frankly I don't wish any ill will towards Synnd. They are awesome from top to bottom. Their leadership is awesome and their product is awesome. However, the fewer people out in the world who have Synnd the easier it is for me to dominate.
The reality of the matter is this. Synnd will run circles around the competition when you know how to use it. Knwoing how to use it takes time. There is a learning curve but the learning curve is worth it because of the power of the weapon you have at your control.
I might be inclined to be upset, even angry with the reviewer who posted the hateful language of spam and fraud against a first-class company. However, I'm reminded of this quote from the Ender's Game movie I just saw this past week which I definitely recommend!

I can't help but love this reviewer knowing that if I ever come head to head with him in a marketing battle online... well... may God bless his soul.
PS. Do yourself and your busines a favor. Go get the Synnd product and don't play the victim to the learning curve because the opportunity for you and your business lies in the seed of the adversity of spending the time to get it dialed in for your needs. You can only hope that your compeition will give up as easily as the reviewer did and go looking for the easier to learn yet less effective M9 Beretta.

What A Load Of Rubbish

I have been with Synnd now since near their inception. What has been written above is a load of rubbish and very disappointing to read.
Whenever i see a communication from the guys at Synnd i immediately take notice as i believe like many other users they have been at the cutting edge of everything that has happened with Google and other search engines over the years. I can't remember a time that they haven't been on the money with their predictions and they have always kept updating their products.
I have never had a problem with their customer service. They have always answered my questions or given me help in what i feel is a reasonable time. And i wouldn't call any of the guys s****.>
As for learning how to use the product the videos are easy to follow and i can remember thinking when i first started, that yea, it was a bit overwhelming but like anything when you learn to use a new tool you gradually pick it up and it becomes second nature. Sometimes when i haven't use Synnd for a bit i still go back and refresh on the videos.
The software does have a learning curve but what quality products don't? once you have used it a few times it is easy.
I have been doing stuff on the internet for many years and over that time i can say that these guys are one of the few that i take notice of (and i've heard plenty) and trust and who genuinely offer products that will do what they say and having used Synnd for many years know the results i get are always as expected and have been proven over time.
Really i hope those who read what has been written by the complainant will take no notice of it and i will categorically state again it is a load of rubbish and way, way off the mark.
Do yourself a favor and go and try the software for yourself, i think you will be pleasantly surprised as to it's effectiveness.

I am astonished at the complaint filed by Jill. After using Synnd for over 3 years and reaping vast rewards both in leads and sales, I can only conclude that watching training videos was too much for her.
Secondly, the owners of Synnd are fabulous. A friend of mine signed and she honestly stated it was too much for her to learn at that time (illness in family) and requested money back. It was refunded no questions asked.
There are different levels of complexity with advanced tools. Synnd is advanced. As a web developer of 15 years, I can honestly say this platform is hardly old or antiquated. However, for someone new to this type of service, it may be confusing until you finish training.
Additionally, there are 13 individuals in my "mastermind group" and we all use Synnd for our business and services. Everyone is reaping the rewards of this advanced tool but, every one took the time to learn and study Synnd.
It is sad to me that Jill felt the need to file a Rip Off Report. That alone says a great deal about her intention. If you have a complaint or you don't like a service, resolve it with the company. She makes no mention of attempting to do so.
It's all so easy today to be a critic, file complaints to cause harm. I experience this with my clients and most of the complaints against them are fraudulent filed by a competitor.
Try Synnd - if you understand the concept behind social media marketing, then it will be the best tool in your toolbox.
