I purchased a USB400 Wireless LAN Adapter in May, 2004. My mailed in rebate request for $29.95 has been "being processed" since then.

The 888-263-3670 number given to call now states that calls concerning rebates are "now being taken at 909-859-8490, but messages left at that number have not been returned.

The Web site given for tracking rebates is now being defaulted to another site. (The status of the request can still be found at: web-rebates.com by entering personal information, but the original site: web-rebates.com/syntax is defaulted.)
