t mart N&K Trading Inc_Tmart selling used items as new false advertising Internet

  I bought a "NEW" tablet at T mart, it came in scratched and covered in fingerprints with several wireless networks listed in the history, obviously it was used. I spent two hours with customer service they offered me 500points ($5.00) for the inconvenience. I offered to send it back if they could guarantee delivery of replacement in 4 days I was basically told I could return it and get a replacement in 10 or 20 days or basically tough luck.

   The tablet from Tmart was used the value was about half what I paid for a new unit. This was to be a birthday gift to my daughter. After two hours of conversation with tmart, I accomplished nothing. This company has no email contact, no phone contact, everything is chat.

    Tmart advertises ships in 24 hours, does not. I have two items I paid for a week or more ago that still haven’t shipped. Tmart advertises shipped from the USA, it still ships from Hong Kong

Do not buy from Tmart, they are con artists. they are commiting fraud on a daily basys!
