They are located in China. There is no way to contact them via phone. You can tell by the chat conversation below they care nothing about their customers and they are willing to lose a LOT of business over $1.30. The biggest issue is they are trying to SCAM users out of their "t-points". I had 130 t-points left and went to go check out with my cart of two items...

Memory Card 16GB $11.85
Memory Card 32GB $21.96
Total $33.81

Discount using 130 t-points $1.30
Discount using 15% off coupon was $5.07

Total ended up being $32.51 (Should have been $27.44)

I asked customer-no-support if they could fix the issue for me and they said that I could have the order canceled but my t-points would not be refunded. So I could get the 15% off but I would lose $1.30 of my money. It's just $1.30 but is about the principle of the matter! Steal $1.30 from me today, $10 next week?

STAY AWAY from http://www.tmart.com !!!!!! They have policies put into place to scam you!!!

Tmart is a scammer

AUTHOR: JD - ()

POSTED: Monday, October 28, 2013

I believe and support the original report. I do not appreciate how Tmart’s employees here are harassing the customers who wrote negative reviews, by trying to contradict the original reports and acting as legitimate customers instead of representing themselves honestly as Tmart's employees and try to help the customers.

They DO in fact allow them to stack.

AUTHOR: Arvo Bowen III - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 20, 2013

The person I was talking to thought at first they do not allow stacking of the discounts as well...  I was then mad at the fact they didn't clarify that anywhere AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY DON'T.

She then tried it herself and posted this to me...

So you can see clearly that what you suspect is not true.  As I could understand it as well, they DO in fact allow them to stack.  At first she told me they didn't then she tried and found out it did indeed work.

All I wanted back was the $1.30 that was taken from me...  It's just about the principle...   Bad business...  and no manager on site for me to talk to, no way for me to contact a manager at a later date....   Just poor business ethics...  Feels like the movie Boiler Room all over.

Stackable discount?

AUTHOR: MochaG - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 20, 2013

I doubt that thier business logic allows you to stack your discount in order to get stuff at the lowest price. In other words, their way is to pick one way or the other -- get the discount from the point OR from coupon. To me, it is reasonable and chould easily be that way. If I am a business owner, I would not allow a product to be sold using stackable discounts.

The only concern for me from your post is whether or not they clearly state that a customer can only choose to use a discount type per check out. Also, another point is that they should be able to refund their reward point if a customer chooses not to spend...
