TMART tmart.com Complete and Utter ripoff. Avoid at all cost. unknown

TMART is an utter ripoff.  There is no way to have voice communication with them about problems with an order.  You can only contact them via internet or their so-called email setup.  I am trying to get a refund on 2 tablets ordered on the 2nd of December 2013 because they screwed up the order.  I have been trying to cancel the order and get a refund to no avail.  I have chatted with three people so far, tammy, bella, seffon and keep getting the run-around.  All keep saying I will have my refund within 12 hours and receive an email confirmation but I have not recieved one yet.  Then on the 5th, tammy tells me the product is out of stock even though I keep insisting since the 3rd of December that I want the order cancelled and my money refunded. I don't care about it being out of stock.  I just want my money back.

I am still waiting for my money.  I feel the company is doing something fraudulent.  Actually, considering the number of complaints listed on this site and others, I am positive they are frauds.  

It can't be that hard to reverse a transaction.  It took them mintues to withdraw the money from my account; yet, I am getting nowhere in the form of them returning it.
