TMart Customer service and product support is horrible - returns are impossible Internet

Two orders I have placed with them had "real" defects and trying to get an RMA for replacement or refund has so far been impossible. The first order I kept getting emails as such:

Dear Valued Customer,

"Thanks for your email, it is our honor to help you.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by us.
But could you please wait 3 days?"

and another email for the same order saying:

"Thanks for your email, it is our honor to help you.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by us .
For this issue,we need to confirm the issue with our staffs see if the romote can be shipped seperately.
So could you please contact us after about 6 days?
Since our staffs of commodity department are absent now."

I am currently working on the second order for a third try and at this moment waiting for their only form of contact (Chat) for over 35 minutes and then chat session screen told me they are busy and to come back later. I gave up on the first chat attempt because it was 40 minutes of waiting. The second attempt I got one question sent to me that I needed time to find the answer which did not have anything to do with the issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM TMART!!!!
