N&K Trading Tmart Never, never again... this company is a joke Internet

BUYER BEWARE..... TMART IS A RIP OFF

I placed an order with Tmart for various LED light bulbs.  Once my credit card information was taken, I did not get a confirmation screen or confirmation email.  After 3 days I checked my credit card and discovered that the order had been charged on my account. 

Since there was not a confirmation email I contacted Tmart via their 24 hour online chat. Tmart denied there was an order 3 times during the chat. Feeling ripped off, the credit card charge was disputed with the credit card company, and was removed from my bill. 

Today I received an email from Tmart which appears to be in response to the unfavorable comment I posted:

"Dear Valued Customer,
  
In order to be more efficient to solve your problem, you can also   try our 24 hours online service:
tmart.com/HelpCenter/Contact_Us.html?label_id=LiveChat
Please accept our apology for any inconvenience of delay on this order.

Please contact local Post Office to pick up

My response via email was "based on the information provided by your representative, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge to my credit card which has been removed.  Also, based that same information the items needed have been purchased from another vendor.  I will not accept any delivery from your company."

I was lucky, but wasted a lot of time getting the charge removed from my credit card.
