3 days after purchasing merchandise from this company on Ebay we received the following email:

Thanks for purchasing from our eBay store!
Here are the item # 320993861720
Really sorry to tell you that our staff has made error discount on the listing, so the current price is too low compared with the original price, would you like to pay the difference of price $59.00 ?
If you agree, you can open the following link to find our payment account and then tell us the Transaction ID and the payment currency when you complete it.

My response to this email is as follows:

We will not pay any additional money for this order. You are obligated to sell the merchandise at the price listed at the time of the purchase. We have confirmation that payment was received for this item, and are expecting to receive the items we purchased. You have to honor the original sale price. You can't change it after the auction has ended. When an auction is put together for listing you had ample opportunities to preview and edit your ad before confirming that everything is correct before listing. If we can't work anything out with you, we will go thru Ebay.

Also, we purchased additional accessories from you and 2 other sellers. We sincerely hope that you will be upstanding and honor the sale. If not, we will expect you to reimburse us for return shipping costs on all items we purchased. Without the tablets, there is no need for us to have the accessories we purchased.  Please tell me when my merchandise will ship.

**  I have sent 15 emails to this company with no response to date.  We also have not received shipping confirmation, a refund, or any other form of compliance from this company.  They still have our money and we have no product.  I have filed a complaint through Ebay and am waiting for the process to run its course.
