TMART Ordered a auto code reader from them and it would not read the code on my car even though my vehicle is compliant with the reader. FLAT/RM B06 29/F LEGEND TOWER 7 SHING YIP STREET K Internet

Not wanting to pay the high price of having a garage check the problem codes on my car following the Check engine light coming on, I ordered a code reader from TMART. 

Once it arrived I tried everything I could but the reader would not read my codes. 

I contacted thier live suppport (Chat line) and apparently the operator was answering several people at the same time as she asked me the same questions over and over and I waited more than a half hour to complete the chat.

I wanted to return the device for a refund and expect them to pay for return shipping but the operator implied that I would pay for shipping. Also, they charge a 30% restocking fee.
