T-Mobil ,T-Mobil Rebate Ripoff LaGrange Georgia

T-mobil had a $30 rebate on the Nokia 2610. When I tried to buy the phones online I kept receiving an error message so I gave up. So I was surprised when UPS showed up with 2 boxes. I took the phones follow all instructions and send in for the rebates. I received a letter informing me that I bought the phone from an unqualified seller. Even though I bought the phones from T-Mobil.com which was required.

When I called I was told that I did not buy one phone from a qualified seller(T-mobil) and that they never received the rebate for the second phone even though I send in the rebates together.I was given different numbers to call and they would connect me back to T-Mobil rebate costumer care where I was hanged up on twice. I called them and asked if I could at least send back 1 of the phones they said since the 30 days had passed the phones where now my property and they will not accept them back.

I did everything they ask and they robbed me.Now I am out of $60 and their customer service is very rude.
