In December 2006 I have requested T-mobile via its partner "Let's Talk.com" to open new account on my name. However, the handset phone has never been delivered to me nor did I ever receive possession of it. I have contacted the T-Mobile's partner "Let's Talk.com" and T-Mobile's customer care that I have never received the phone. As a result, the handset was fraudulently used that yielded more than four thousand dollars of charges to my account by T-mobile. T-Mobile has refused to reimburse part of these charges to my credit card collected via auto-pay, and reported to debt collection agencies to collect the remaining balance of $3150.36. The attemps to collect the non-existing debt are continuing until now (December 2007), and a report has been made to my credit file. T-Mobile has refused to rectify my account.
