I just started with a brand new tmobile service and telephone. When I received it, I noticed that there wasn't a service agreement stating what day my service starts, when the contract is over, how much I'm paying and what me service entails.

I called customer service and was told that they "don't do that". I was also told to go to the nearest tmobile store (Which is an inconvience), and to be up a user agreement, but it wouldn't be personnalized to my specific contract.

I think this is unacceptable! If myself and the company ever have a disagreement over something, I don't have a refrence to fall back on.

Recent Activities cannot get a customer service rep to send me a contract

AUTHOR: Margot - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 13, 2005

So... 2 months into my agreement and I still cannot get a customer service rep to send me a contract. And, up to now, my phone still does not work. Yes, I know that my area code shows up as in the green (goo) service area, but there are still spots! I don't get service at my house, on my block or at work, even in the parking lot it doesn't work.

ANd those are the two places that I need service the most.
How can I be charged if I can't even use my phone? I just looked over my used minutes for the past month and gues what... I have 117 minutes used. And 83 of those are from conversations at 1 minute or less. Which means, that I couldn't connect. Why am I being charged for dropped calls? Why should I have to pay you every month for calls that I can't even make. I don't know weather to cough up the $200.00 dis-connection fee or sit through 10 more months of not having any service.

I sent an email to their customer service department asking for help with service in my area, and gave them the locations, times and everything else they asked for. That "ticket" was submitted on 6/13 and they are still working on it. I then asked if I could get a refund for the month that I lost... nope.

My advise- stay far far away from T-mobile. If you want a great, trust-worthy company, I can recomend one- the company that I stupidly left to save $10.00 a month.

Would it hurt for a "Customer Service" person to give service?

AUTHOR: Terry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 16, 2005

Oh Jake. First of all, it is "Voila." French for, "there it is." Don't slander others for bad spelling until you learn how to spell yourself. To the point, it is not slander to wonder why a customer service representative will not help you out. Isn't that what they are there for??? Isn't that the meaning of "customer service?" If everyone is supposed to go to the website for everything, they why do they even have a customer service phone number?

T-Mobile has an easy to use website

AUTHOR: Jake - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 04, 2005

(Tmobile.com) that you can use... and obviously you have internet access, so just go to the site, register, enter your number, log in, and WALLA!!

Your bills all appear before your eyes, dating back to your first month. Besides... Im assuming you activated the phone right? then obviously... your service starts THE DAY YOU GOT THE PHONE.

Please dont ask rhetorical questions and slander a good company unless warranted.
