Talent Builders International, Inc. / TBII is misrepresenting itself. My husband is an electrician looking for new employment. We almost got taken for the ride of our life. Greensbro, North Carolina

My husband whose an electrician is looking for work. He had me doing some searches for him on the internet. I came across references for TBII, Inc. several times. Many different job sites have their listing.

They promote the idea that they are an employer who provides jobs on and off shore for their employees. The rate of pay is supposed to be up to $55 hr. Everything sounded on point. Until I did a little more research on Rip Off Report.com. I read a complaint from a Floridian. Then I read the rebuttal written by Barbra Hoskins - whose the president of the company. She stated that the company has an A- rating with the BBB in FL. So I check that BBB site.

What I found is that the company, which has been in business since November of 1991, has had 13 complaints in a 36 month period. And it is really a resume refferal service. TBII charges up to $580.00 for an eight week resume distribution and has a no refund policy and TBII can not guarantee employment.

I am glad I found this out before my husband went all the way down to Florida for the interview. We would have been out so much time and money for what seems like a dream job only to find out that the company is nothing more than what seems to be something close to a staffing agency.
