Talent Builders International, Inc. / TBII would not release the business name, requested interviewee to pay after interview, West Palm Beach/Tallahassel, Florida

Talent Builders International must be getting wise to the fact that people are discovering their scam tactics.  They are now advertising as an actual employer not a recruitment "business."

They will now not release the name of their organization until the prospective employee gaurantees they will, at their own expense, travel to an interview process. 

Here is how it works:  The prospective employee calls an automated system and then is told they will be called back if they qualify for one of the listed jobs that pays $30-55/hr.  The prospect enters in basic employment information.  The prospect then waits on a call that provides little to no information other than to tell the prospect if they can make it to Tallahassee the unamed company will hire them on the spot and help them get their passport set-up.  The prospect then waits for the interview call.  The call to the prospect is made and the prospect is told that they may not be hired on the spot but that they will need to bring $350 to cover the administrative cost of processing their resume (that has not even been requested via email or fax at this point) and the interview. 

This is a heartbreaking and potentially life altering process to all of our contractors and laborers that are currently out of work.  Many families do not have time to waste with this type of "recruitment" and we definitely don't have the money to spare. 

If Team Builders International wishes to stay in business they need to help these folks find work not scam them out of thier rent and mortgage payments.  Shame on you.
