Tam Moving - Tam Nguyen First all I would like to tell you that, if you see bad reviews on a particular company you are trying to hire believe on those reviews, because is there for a reason. Well I was one of those that didn't do a research on this company before I hire them and I paid the price. Seriously this guys is so unprofessional. Because of his attitude I am going to make sure he gets one more negative review, and because I work in the marketing department for a large company I have access to some tool that will put his company in a very bad place in the online search engine. First all I would like to tell you that, if you see bad reviews on a particular company you are trying to hire believe on those reviews, because is there for a reason. Well I was one of those that didn't do a research on this company before I hire them and I paid the price.

 On January 17th I hired this company to move my stuff to my new house, they got there on time, and they were two movers. Once they got there they went over to my place to see what they supposed to move first. One of the guys start giving attitude because how much stuff I had...I thought that was a little weird, but I didn't say anything and instead I just apologize and started helping them...after that again the same dude starting asking me the same questions...is this going to, and this, and that??!! So the other guy that was helping him told him on a mean way,...dude everything is going can you just do your job and stop asking stupid question...That wasn't a good sign...so let me go to the point.

This dude that was in a bad mood that day, was moving my furniture with no care at all, again the other mover have to stop him from what his was doing to show him how to do it. I even saw him scratching my brand new Mini Fridge with my file case (See pictures attached) because he wasn't been careful. After I saw that he just apologized, but still wasn't doing a good job. These guys were so unprofessional that after the finished move my stuff to the new house I found my kitchen refrigerator damaged, the door couldn't closed anymore and my dresser with this big piece from the top missing. (See pictures attached). So when I called Tam the owner to report the damages at first he told me that he would talk to his movers and get back to me, so I said ok, because I believe there is always two sides of history. So  when he called me back, he basically told me that he talked to his mover and they told him that they didn't do any damages to my furniture and that I was lying and just want to get money from him!! I say WHAT??? Are you F%^&* kidding me?? I got so mad with his attitude that I told him to keep his money and I hang up on his face. Seriously this guys is so unprofessional.
