I play the game word chums and use there asvertisers to receive free coin offers. The coins acre used for things needed in the game, and for fun items. Since I've used their advertisers I have had to repeatedly write to tapjoy to receive my coins, many, many times never receiving the coins.
recently I contacted the advertiser where I made a purchase to let them know tapjoywdas not following through with their free coin offers. Soon after I received an apology and credit for the coins from tapjoy,. However, within 2-3 days I received another email Informing me that their systems detected behavior on my account that is in violation of their terms of service but that they can't go into further detail as they do not provide information regarding proprietary systems/methods od detecting this type of behavior.
i believe this was done because I did fairly frequent purchases for free coins using their advertisers and complained often about not receiving my coins. I also believe my contacting their company I made the purchase from in order to receive free coins made them angry.
i filed a report with the BBB which expired today, October 18, 2013 with no reply from tapjoy.
i contacted people fun (the game operators/owners) complaining of missing coins and they were good about filing requests with tapjoy. After I was blocked from using any advertisers at word chums, people fun advised me to reset the privacy setting on my device and change my email, which I did. Following that I was able to make a purchase again, but even under the new email they sent me the same letter that I was being blocked. my old email was still at the company I made the purchase from and I'm sure they were able to figure out who I was.
