Tara Consulting not getting paid, fired, slackers , Internet

So I was hired in late May as a PSO for Tara Consulting. I worked with them until Sept 17, 2010. This was the first time I had done this and gotten paid for it, and since the first day, I enjoyed it. We had to make a minimum of 50 dollars every week in order to get paid, and I made that, and more, my very first day. I was happy getting my paycheck, able to pay rent and even have extras. It never went through my head that there would be a point when I wouldn't get a paycheck or wouldn't make minimum.

After about a month, I started being asked if I could wait a few days to get paid. I was making aboru 200 a week at this time. It made since with all the girls working that they might need an extra day or 2 to pay those girls that were making more. So I wokred with them, or told them I needed at least 100 of it.

Then it got to a point where I was barekly making 50 a week and when I did, it was at the end, so I was always worried. I was told the summer months die down because guys can't call since kids are home. This made sense too. But this was also the only time where I got paid regularly was when I was only making 60 a week.

But of course they got behind. And about a month ago, I had my gf get hired there. They were in need of dispatchers, and they hired her. Her first week she made over 150, and she didn't get paid, nor was told why. But that week I was paid. The next week, I was not paid, and I thought oh no not again. But they told us that they would get us both caught up by the middle of the week. And they did!

Also at this time, I was one of the only girls working as many hours as I did. I was on sometimes for over 12 hours a day because NO other girl would work during the day. Even on weekends. Some girls had reasons, but others did not. I didn't complain because I was making all the money. But, also, my gf was working 2-3 shifts (6 hour shifts) a day and was making a lot of money as well. It was to the point where her second week she earned over 300 and her third over 200 (she only worked 3 1/2 weeks).

So before her shift one day, she couldn't take it anymore. Told them that she quit because they owed her over 500 dollars and they weren't working with her, so she wasn't making anymore money for them. I told her great! she should do that. So I got on the computer to see if they needed any girls on to work. I stayed on, but went invisible so I could chat but not be there to work, so the other girls could make minimum.

About an hour after my gf (Dispatcher Landon btw) quit, I couldn't type to anyone anymore. Thought the server was down or my computer was messed up. But I could log into my account via the internet. Knowing something was going to happen soon, in that hour, my gf and I had logged into our accounts and grabbed EVERYTHING that proved that we had worked and they we werent paid.

So after this hour, I go into the chatroom as Penny. About 2 minutes afterwards, I get kicked out of chat, and locked out of everything. I was NEVER told why, or anything. Also, very soon after, my gf and I found out that our IP address had been blocked from every site that belonged to them. Apparently, they are also not smart enough to realize that we can use other IP addresses. We suspect that because they know that my gf is a computer major, they are afraid of what she could do.

But it is now a little over a week later, havent gotten any pay, and no contact. I have e-mailed, called and everything. Phoen number was also blocked from all 800 numbers.

While I worked there I was told everything about how I worked hard and helped out a lot and that they liked me there. I had thought that I had gotten a good relationship with Nyla (Lisa) and Studly (Scott). They had even helped us out by sending me and gf cell phones and service cards so we could work at the same time and help them out more. Since my cell phone didn't get free calls until 9 pm. But we sent the phones back because the town I live in is so small the phones didn't get service here. They DO NOT want girls to know this, but not everyone does. We thought we were being treated fair and they were trying to make up for not paying us.

But in 3 weeks of working, my GF and I had earned over 1000 dollars. We have seen NONE of it. We are giving them their aloted time to pay us. And I am sure that they have been sued and everythign before, but with the proof that we have, we are sure to get it.

If you want to get paid on a regular basis, this is NOT the place to work. I am very tempted to take what I know not to do, and make my own PSO buisness. We shall see.
