Tara Consulting does not pay their Workers New Albany Ohio

I have worked for Tara Consulting since April. I considered Nyla a friend and tried to understand when OVER and OVER again they had reasons for Not Paying Me.

A friend of Mine recommended the company. I may loose a friend in this deal. By speaking out and that really TRUELY breaks My heart.

today when I told Nyla about the health problems My mother had, and that I would have to change My work schedule she actually had the nerve to lecture Me about commitment.

COMMITEMENT... they made me sighn a contract that says they will Pay Me WEEKLY when I make over 100 dollars a week. I keep VERY detailed records. I know every call I had when it started when it stopped and reciepts of every payment I recieved from them. I also had Scott ( Nyla's Husband) send Me a letter telling How much I was owed and how much I had actually been paid.

They have not paid Me one time since December 22... and before that from July to December when I wanted some of the money I was owed I had to write Scott an e-mail requesting payment.. Trying to be nice and understand the hard times the company was having... I did My very best to be patient and only requested maybe 150 to 250 of the money they owed Me.. every couple of Months .. to the point that it got over 1000 dollars that they owed Me. I fought with My husband daily about still working for them. and their constant excuses; Until TODAY when she had the nerve to lecture Me about Commitement and how I need to look at it like any other job that you work outside the home ... ie walmart..

Well where is there commitement in paying the people they employ. at this point Tara Consulting owes Me over 1000 dollars again. This is Money I now know I will NEVER see, because I am speaking out against them.

I have two people with that company that I care about that I am also loosing as friends in this. Darcy and Rayvonne. the only two I trust. Unfortunately I have to give up that.

Maybe some day Nyla will realize what she is doing to the girls she works with. when over and over girls come and go because of no pay.
