TaskRabbit Owner Stacy Brown-Philpot Dangerous Way to Find Helpers In Your Home!! SanFrancisco California

This company can't possibly care about your safety!

Their website or app tell you to choose what kind of work you want done

and then to choose from a list of 'helpers'. All you get is a first name and

who knows whose photo your looking at. So you select someone and then

it immediately wants you to PAY THEM with a credit card.

The program says you will get to talk to the helper BUT YOU NEVER DO! So you pay and

then a person texts you. You give them your home address and you get nothing

about them!

TASKRABBIT IS NUTS IF THEY THINK THEY ARE PROTECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS!

They don't give you the last name of the stranger coming to your house.

They don't give you a real phone number for the helper - its a blind number the company uses.

You don't get to speak with the helper, at least I couldn't. They text you.

So you have a total stranger coming to your home. You don't know their real name

or their real phone and they could speak like a wierd or crazy person and you wouldn't know.

I immediately cancelled after there was no way to talk to the man. I ordered the service

for the next day but immediately cancelled right after placing the order when I didn't get

more information about the stranger.

 I ORDERED, CANCELLED RIGHT AWAY WITHIN MINUTES. THE WORKER SAID OK TO CANCELL.

THE SERVICES WASN'T EVEN SCHEDULED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. BUT TASKRABBIT

STILL CHARNGED ME!!!

This company is a total rip-off but more importantly it's methods are IRRESPONSIBLE & DANGEROUS.

When someone comes to your home to do work that you don't know you they should have a contractor

license you can check out OR a full resume with full name, home phone, their address, and you should speak on

the phone to hear what kind of person they are.

TASKRABBIT has some 'reviews' of the workers but who knows who those people are, relatives? the worker? NOT enough

info to make their way into your home!!!

The so-called billionaire owner STACY BROWN-PHILPOT is raking in the money at YOUR risk!

ANY source is safer that gives you full names, direct phone and addresses, full resumes/job/company information you can verify!!!

By the way, you can't call this company! They won't take calls. And they say they only take emails or texts and can 't answer for

10 days!!   Their glassdoor reviews written by employees are not good and their employees admit their customer service to their clients

is terrible. I found out that is true real fast.
