Taylor Chevrolet All Managers Chaned oil and Lubed front end my Azz.. Internet, Internet

I recently took my 2005 silverado to another auto repair for rear brakes and universal joints. when the mechanic removed the wheels he pointed out to me that the inner tie rods were shot. from not being properly lubed (Greased). further inspection was the whole front end has never been greased in 51,000.? WTF Over? I went to taylor chevrolet and had mike do a past print out from 2005 to currant date and guess what? i have five statements (5) where i paid for a oil change and lube job but never got it. my mechanic pointed out every fitting and they were bone dry.. now i'm stuck for one hell of a bill and sooner or later pop goes the ball joints.

What we have here Chevy Boys is falsifying a Document. This is a serious matter. not just me but thousands of other customers are putting there trust in the wrong hands. i have started a claim with general motors and was contacted. the word is that the owner needs to stand up and make sure that when you pay to have work done that he get's off his azz and inspects the job to make sure the work gets done. and also needs to make things right for the people that's getting burnt. good advise to auto owners, take your vehicle elsewhere. better yet Buy a Ford...........
