I Guess from the posts that Kevin is making it really looks like he just wants to continue to raise money for his losing projects. Kevin you say some of your projects have made money. would love to see proof that even 1 of your projects has returned the initial investment forget about making money. just getting the money that investors put in to your scams. Kevin you can't continue to keep raising money when none of your investors have even made a dollar. THAT is called a scam. And knowingly continuing to do so is a fraud. AND not disclosing the failures is an even bigger fraud. I invested in your project and I AM an investment advisor and you will be put out of business. THE SEC and California Dept of Corporations, and IRS have been contacted. THE only thing Kevin wants is to continue to rip off investors and in his money losing oil and gas scams.
KEVIN I THINK EVERYONE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS. SHOW ONE, JUST ONE OF YOUR PROJECTS THAT HAS RETURNED MORE THAN ANY INVESTORS CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION. JUST ONE KEVIN. THE PROBLEM IS WE ALL KNOW THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE CAUSE YOUR RUNNING A FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
I DO NOT WORK FOR ANY COMPETITORS EITHER. I INVESTED MY RETIREMENT MONEY IN KEVINS OIL SCAM AND HAVE NOT SEEN A DOLLAR. AND ITS A GREAT IDEA KEVIN TO HAVE SEPERATE WEBSITES SO ALL OF US INVESTORS CAN CHECK YOUR MONEY LOSING PROJECTS BUT OBVIOUSLY YOUR GOAL IS TOO KEEP PEOPLE AWAY FROM SITES LIKE THIS AND THAT WILL NO LONGER HAPPEN.
ATTENTION ALL INVESTORS IN ANY OF TEAM RESOURCES LLC OIL SCAMS PLEASE COME FORWARD SO WE CAN PUT KEVIN AWAY ONCE AND FOR ALL.

KGS website for reports on wells
AUTHOR: Gilbert - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, October 03, 2012
You can go to http://chasm.kgs.ku.edu/apex/qualified.ogw4.SelectWells?f_t=&f_r=&ew=&f_s=&f_l=&f_op=&f_st=15&f_c=35&f_ws=&f_api=&sort_by=2&f_pg=14 and look up the wells that were drilled by B-C Steel, LLC to check the status of Team Resources projects and whether they are producing or not. Several of the wells that I was supposed to be a "Partner" in are listed as producing, as well as one that was capped and another drilled 100 feet away and listed as producing gas at present. They don't seem to claim that the partners have any interest in a well drilled 100 feet from our original well which raises questions to me. Our well was capped and the other was applied for within days. I did find one legal action online against Kevin Boyles and Team Resources to Cease selling their partnerships by one state's attorney general. My guess is that we have been taken to the Proverbial "Cleaners". I have received other similar offers from Kevin Boyles' associate named Mr Olivia which looks like the exact same type of scam, so be careful.

Declining Communcations
AUTHOR: Alias ''Mr Ethics'' - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, October 02, 2012
Company communications to me (an investor) has declined over the past several months. They respond when I prompt, not on their own, not on regular basis like it was initially, and with decreasing information about status of the related project. This declining communications does not instill trust, even if the risk of project failure is actually transpiring, which can happen with genuine project development.

AUTHOR: Gilbert - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, September 24, 2012
As a partner in these projects that has never seen one dime returned and now don't even get updates from Kevin Boyles or Team Resources, I believe this report was spot on. Any partners out there that are satisfied with your investments with Kevin Boyles or Team Resources?

Relieved investor

I need to clarify some of my earlier concerns. I have resolved the website issue which was a compatibility view problem with my computer. The website is operating fine and we have been updated. I hope my comments have not caused any problems for other investors, Kevin or Team Resources.
Sincerely
Gil

I am an investor in the Grandsummit fund. This is the first article I have found on a scam about Kevin Boyles. I have been wondering why the partners haven't heard anything from Kevin for about a month and a half now and the partner update area is not viewable on their website anymore. The person that wrote the original report seems very disgruntled, and the person that wrote the nice response to this original report appears to have some vested interest that he is not disclosing. Before I invested, I searched the internet to find any negative news, and found none. I would appreciate any information, (good or bad) about Team Resources/Kevin Boyles.

How to solve the problem
AUTHOR: al - (United States of America)

Kevin does not have to sue anyone to prove his point, all he has to do is produce oil and pay the partners. I am sure everyone would be happy even me -- a partner.

Team Resources LLC Scam
AUTHOR: Mike N - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, March 17, 2011
I find it ironic how Kevin Boyles and Team Resources LLC does such a good job
at communication but still can offer no proof as to even ONE of his projects being profitable.
That is the problem here its the communication, its the fact that since 2002 not one of Kevin
Boyles or Team Resources Projects has made any investor any money. So I ask myself why
would someone continue raising money and drillling wells that are never profitable and theres
only 1 conclusion. TEAM RESOURCES LLC IS A SCAM AND IF THEY WERENT THEN KEVIN WOULD
COME FORWARD WITH DOCUMENTED PROOF THAT EVEN ONE OF HIS PROJECTS WAS PROFITABLE.
As for the last post from BIll, a concerned investor BIll why dont you ask Kevin Boyles why none
of his projects have ever been profitable and why he continues to raise money and NOT Disclose
that not one project has been profitable. THESE ARE THE FACTS. TEAM RESOURCES LLC HAS NEVER
MADE MONEY FOR ANYBODY BUT KEVIN BOYLES.

I am an investor in ONG projects across the United States & Canada. I have interest and royalties in over 40 wells in Central United States. I have made a very handsome portfolio though LP's and MLP's in the energy sector and precious metals. I have personally found that a little homework and a gut feeling can often be the difference in a loss -vs- profit. The reason I am commenting about this report, is because I recieved a call in December, about the Grand Summit Project and spoke with a well spoken young man who answered my questions and sent me out the project outline.
The holidays and traveling left me in limbo and I was not able to participate in this project, but I did follow along as suggested to the weekly updates with genuine interest because of the tremendous upside potential this project has. Each and every update provided a detailed version of the progress of the project and left no questions unanswered in regards to their status.
I then received a call last Wednesday from another young man from Team Resources in regards to the latest update that the project was funuded and a new one called Team Income Development Fund LP. 1. which was now available and online for investor participation which had been sent to me automatically. I requested a booklet and asked a few questions to my satisfaction and the call was ended. The young man was a pleaseure to speak with and I as an owner of three companies, including a restaurant and bar was impressed with this young mans personality, energy, and forthrightness. I would have him working for me if possible.
Later on Wednesday, I did some homework with curious interest and found "this" link through the Google search engine on page two. At first I was a little concerned and of course the natural manly mechanisms that triggered inside me said this is ridiculous. I can't beleive what I am reading. After further diigging into three search engines, and reading over the many links from Yahoo Finance, CNN Money, BirdWire.. etc. I became suspicious that if in fact there was so much to be said for this companies fraudulent acts, then where and why can I not find additional information that supports this individuals claim that he was scammed.
That's why i am responding, because I believe wholeheartedly NOW, that this person has a personal interest in making waves. As i re-read his comments, ( all 2 of them ) I quickly realized that this was a scam in and of itself, and if not intending to defraud someone, in fact it is a clear cut, pre-meditated intent to deface, discount and disrespect a company that from what I have learned has a ten year record of performance, not to mention executives / principles with a vast amount of knowledge and a support staff that indicated to me there success. I have since spoken with a few of my own financial advisors and we agreed that the Oil business is the Oil business. If you dont have it lose, dont risk it. We went through the prospectus with a fine tooth comb and found every required disclaimer and the project was oulined and put together as if we had done it ourselves
What struck me odd about the 3/15 comment from "DAN" was he said he was a financial advisor himself, which would lead to believe that he had atleast common sense. So in your preliminary research you didnt find anything that made you uncomfortable, otherwise you wouldn't have invested...right? Here's my point and I'll end this comment in this manner. It is no better than to accuse, or slander or deface someone with ill-advised and infactual propaganda than it is to rip someone off. If I was Kevin B. I would sue your butt for a million dollars plus. I would serve you in every way I could think of a good dose of legal cough syrup that would make you sick to your stomach.... hmmmm A financial advisor who invested his retirement savings in a company he didnt trust... Sounds fishy to me. It does sound like a begruntled and insecure individual who has limited knowledge in regards to finance/investing.
Also anyone who reads this comment. I have no personal gain, nor do I have a personal or financial interest in Team Resources or Kevin B. I do have interest though in being ethical, honest, genuine and firm in my stance about my professional beliefs. I have a human interest and nothing more. Best regards and wishes for a quick and absolute resolution to this unfortunate matter. BILL
