Team Resources LLC Kevin Boyles Beware of Oil and Gas Scam thats been going on for 8 years Ventura, California

I talked directly with a woman claiming to be mr. boyles great christian  mother and she told me that I would be very rich as is everyone who invests . she sent me a very slick portfolio and It showed a five year plan that would give me hundreds of thousands for my 68000 dollar investment i didnt hear anything ,nor did I ever recieve a check for any amount and they said even the equipment sale after the project would not pay anything , well , that speaks well for their character , and everytime they contacted me It was a sob story , well I only asked one question to his "mother" , has anyone ever recieved a cent from this ,and she hung up in my ear. these people may be crooks. but ,what do I know ,I just lost 68000 dollars . that is just a coincidence Im sure. very truely , jay , invester w/team   

We bought half a share in the School Creek Development project over two years ago, I am angry that we have received so little return, the projection looked good on paper but to date we have received a few hundred dollars; not enough updates.

I am Kevin Boyles, President of Team Resources Inc. (not LLC). I demand a complete retraction from "Tim" for his false, defamatory and unprovoked attack, to mitigate further harm to my and my company's reputation.

In looking at this libelous and malicious posting from "Tim" of New York, NY who claims to be an "investor" in a project we are currently working on called the "School Creek Walker", let me begin by noting that Team Resources Inc. does not have ANY Investing Partner in
the "School Creek Walker" program by the name of "Tim" in New York or ANY State for that matter.

Therefore, "Tim" is most likely a competitor or just someone looking to tarnish my good name and honest reputation of on which I pride myself, as well as the good name and honest reputation of my company. At Team Resources, we also pride ourselves on our hard work and communication--even going the extra effort of creating dedicated websites to make it convenient and easy for our Investing Partners to follow along the grogress of any given program. In addition, we welcome calls from our Investing Partners, so please feel free to
call if there is any questions; I and my great team of directors stand ready to assist you.

"Tim" makes false accusations regarding our treatment of investors over the past eight years. I have been in the Oil and Gas business for 25 years. ALL of the plans and objectives for each of the projects with which I have been associated during that time were
completed. Did all of these projects make money? NO. Some projects (and our investors in those projects) did really well and some projects did not work out as we were hoping they would. This is the oil business. Our investors and prospective Investors are advised of
these risks upfront.

Unfortunately, this forum permits malicious and/or misinformed individuals to anonymously post false and defamatory accusations with seeming impunity. However, there are serious consequences to this for those involved. "Tim" has besmirched the good name and reputation of my company and me, and has caused injury to our business and other interests that we have worked long and hard to develop. We will not sit idly by while "Tim" and others attempt to cause serious harm to what we have spent years building. Accordingly, our attorneys are filing a defamation lawsuit againsts "Tim" to recover damages from him for the harm he has caused by his libelous statements.

They have been in business since 2002... and are an accredited business with the BBB and have an A+ rating ... so you are wrong in saying that everyone lost their money...i don't know what's happening with you... but slandering a company on a personal feeling is inappropriate.  Im sure that a compant that was in fact some sort of scam for the past 8 years as you say would have some sort of bad reputation ... instead all i can find bad about this company ... is this post that you put up here... i would say its only fair to assume that these other companies that are broadcasting their newfound oil discoveries arent in on it...which would lead me to only one conclusion... and that conclusion is that this has to be a legit company... far too much proves that the company does what it says it does and  that you assumption about the company is incorrect...
