Team USA Moving Took Team USA to Small Claims Court here in Oregon Kicked butt! Fort Lauderdale Florida

Someone asked if I took Team USA to small claims court in Florida. No! The Team USA company rep told me I would have to go to Florida to sue him for my money. He lied!

I contacted FMCSA and they encouraged me to take the company to small claims court in my own state. I served the claim to their rep in my state of Oregon (I had moved from Texas). This rep can be found by contacting FMCSA. They have to have a rep in every state in order to do internet business. The rep never responded and I was easily awarded the judgement.

Then I simply served a writ of garnishment to Team USA's bank (Wachovia National) and they drew the entire judgement and expenses from Team USA's checking account. Beautiful system works!!! Kicked Team USA's butt.
