Teavalize is billing my master card for items i didn't order and they never sent me, they ignore my E-mails Van Nuys,california Internet

I order the introductotry Teavalize Kit 12-3-2008. I gave them our Master card to bill the shipping cost of $3.95.The ad was that you got sent the
Teavalize Kit to try, you could send it back if you didn'tlike it and cancel.

When we got the kit and saw what it was and how much the charge was to keep it we sent the entire package back unused. We E-mailed the company to tell them we had sent the entire unused package back and wanted our account with them closed. We ask that our information be removed from their files as we would not be ordering anything from them again. They replied to our E-mail that they would up-date our account once they received the
package back.

They received the package 12-29-2008, confirmed by U.S.Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt. They began billing our credit card 1-14-2009, and again on 1-15-2009 for items we hadn't ordered or received. We had told them to closed our account with them!

This company has no phone number and they will not credit your account if they send you something you didn't order and you mark "Refused Return to
Sender"on it ,so you don't have to pay return postage on items you never ordered.They refuse to answer E-mails we have sent since 12-22-2008.

What I found interesting was I read a Ripoff Report for Crunchless Abs, the addressis the same, absolutely identical. That company does the same thing.

We told Teavalize we were putting them on the Ripoff report, imagine our suprise when after refusing to answer our E-mails for over a month they finally E-mailed us that they were canceling us. They did not mention their fraudulent billing us, (this billing was done long after we had repeatedly E-mailed them), nor did they say they were sorry that we had to cancel our credit card because of them billing us for products we didn't order and didn't receive.So maybe they didn't want people to read about what their company has been doing, at any rate we're done with them.
