Teavalize Why! When I sent back an order I didn't want, They refused to Reimburse me. Van Nuys California

I Ordered the trial offer of Teavalize and Found it didn't work for me. Then they debited my checking acct. $80.59 for an order I didn't want. I called them and asked how I can send it back and get credited. I did Exactly as they told me. I sent it back through UPS. UPS did not charge me for shipping because it was never opened.

So I kept checking with Teavalize and my Bank and no refund. I called Teavalize and they told me that they got the Pkg. back but it was marked refused by UPS so I can't get a refund. It violates the agreement!! How can I tell what happens to a Pkg. after it leaves my hands?? How in Gods Name can they get away with this?
