Technology Data Group Marketed quality lists but actually just harvest data online inaccurately and sell for ridiculous rate New York New York

The company sent me an email like many others I receive offering to provide me with a quality mailing and email list of my choice.  They promised that the list would be accurate and to my liking or replace the defective records within 30 days.

The company would not accept a credit card probably because they do not have a merchant account, knowing that clients would reverse the charges after getting the garbage that they send out.

I ordered a list of all the veterinary facilities in the USA.  There are about 31,000 of them and they said all would have correct fax numbers emails and mailing addresses.  I received a list of over 45,000 consisting mainly of hospitals with the names of veterinarians that presumably work there.  I emailed and called the company about my concerns and within a week got a replacement list. The 2nd one was smaller with much fewer human hospitals but many of the records contained a mailing address in one state with a website in another and an email address whose domain was in a third state.

I spent about 100 hours working on correcting the data provided.

I called and emailed my concern again and was informed that Jack Davis was sick and would be out for another week.

He had a third list sent to me, no better than the others.

I've called over a dozen times, twice someone picked up the phone but knew nothing about my list or Jack Davis. I was told someone would return my call but no one ever did.

This company uses Chase Bank to accept the wired funds and they should be culpable as well to my mind.

This company harvests data from the internet and sells it as accurate data.  Clearly it is not.
