Technology Data Group Took a large amount of money from us and didn't provide a product or service what so ever. New York New York

We are a company based in Central America, Technology Data Group reached out to us claiming they could provide a specific kind of data base that we need. After 3 weeks of clarifying all the details and repeated assurance from their vendor, we decide to buy the list.

The sent the list 2 days after payment was done. When we check the data base, we found out it had NOTHING to do with what we had specifically asked for. So we call the company and they said they would resolve the issue, the never did. All of a sudden they are never at office, phone is disconnected and never responded any emails.

After endless calls I finally get to speak with a guy that claims to be the customer service manager, he starts to propose something totally different from what was originally agreed. At that point I tell him that we do not longer wish to do business with them and demand a total refund to be made, he says he would pass the information along. Since then, I haven't been able to speak to the guy again.

After weeks of endless calling I get to speak with the seller, he says he would send me an email. The email stated that they would not refund our money back and that I should propose what to do next. I responded the email asking for the reason why they wouldn't refund the money, never got an answer, I call every single day, phones are always disconnect.

These people are a total FRAUD, please DO NOT do business with them. As for know we are enganging into legal action to get our money back.
