My name is Omer Pulatkan and I am the Agent Program Director for Tel3Advantage since 2006. Since this report is full of misleading information, I wanted to send you this rebuttal for your information.
Following the 10 year success of Tel3 long distance calling service, Tel3Advantage Agent Program was introduced to reach broader audience in 2004. Thanks to our dedicated agent base we have been offering our services to more than 100,000 customers.
Since the launch of the program thousands of agents enjoyed our lucrative commission plan. Our active agents regularly receive sign up and recharge commissions on a weekly basis via our automated ACH direct deposit. This is the only payment term we have.
There have been some rules since the launch of the program. Our agents sign the electronic Terms & Conditions Agreement where they are provided with all the details about commission payment eligibility. Agents should agree and accept these terms before signing up with our program.
One of the criteria since the launch of this Program is to meet $50 level in their commissions to receive payments. All sign up commissions and down line recharge commissions accrue from month to month. For direct level recharges, there is a $500 threshold for total monthly recharges, which can be met with having 5 customers recharging every month.
While working as a marketing partner with Tel3Advantage, at no time will we ever erase any agent web site we provided or withhold the amount of sign ups our agents have entitled to receive. Agents are granted complete access to all sign ups and recharges on their account by simply logging into their agent back office and reviewing the sign up and recharge reports. Agents also receive emails whenever a customer signs up with their promo code. If an agent is experiencing any problems with their links or anything that deals with their agent account they have the ability to contact Agent Relations by phone, email, or in writing. Agents are also able to leave a message on our voice activated system with the assurance their call will be answered or returned within one business day. All measurements are taken so that we provide our agents with quality support and efficiency.
I would also like to inform you that there isn't any agent listed in our system under the name of Elliot Ness or in the address provided by this person in his report.
