Beware, Tele King is not to be trusted!! They will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear, just to get your money. They are not in the business to sell cards, instead, they are in business to con money from investors. They take your money, and do everything they can to get you frustrated. They want you to get angry, and say to hell with them, and just give up on the business. Why should Tele King care, they already pocketed your chunk of money. Tele King will just go out and look for another investor who has money. Tele King does not want you to succeed!! Their business is to take money from investors, not to sell cards.

Joyce with Tele King, was our salesperson. She gave a hell of a convincing talk, and told us they have the best cards in the business, and we were guaranteed to make money. She said you could not go wrong with this deal, and there was no way you could loose money. Joyce said their locators found 75 locations in town and that we would be the Primary Distributors to the area, and there was no one else in Tucson selling their cards.

In addition, she told us we had to purchase a machine for every location that we wanted. I asked for a list of the locations, and she said they would send the list to us. Joyce told us that the machines were sophisticated with a switch to turn the machine on and off, and a switch to convert the language from English to Spanish. What a joke and what a lie.

We were totally shocked when we received 30 of these machines that we paid $650 a piece. The cost for the materials to build the machines could not possibly cost over $20, and there were no switches on the machines. We agreed to 30 locations, therefore, we had to purchase 30 machines our total investment was a sickening $40,000, which we may never recoup. Tele King refused to take the machines back, and we have not been able to find a single location that would even consider taking the machines. Right now, they are taking up space in my garage.

The cards that Tele King sent to us were terrible. They all had hidden charges, and the posters were deceiving. I am an honest person, and do not believe in misleading people. Our initial agreement included our selecting the type of card to sell. Instead Tele King sent us the cards with lies and rip-off charges.

We sent the cards back to Tele King and it took thousands of phone calls, and threats, and 4 months to finally get the cards back from them. Right now, we only have 2 locations, and $20,000 worth of cards sitting in our closet. Then another surprise, today I discovered that the new cards they sent us have a different fine print, which now includes an expiration after the cards are activated. Which means if you do not sell the cards within a year after they activate them, then they will expire.

The battles are never ending.

Please do not invest in this company. It has cost us our savings, our marriage, and our peace of mind.

Response to RJ

AUTHOR: Dork - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 13, 2003

Hey RJ:

It's comfortable for you to sit and criticize others with your own assumptions that those that did get ripped off just blindly signed over 25K+ to a complete stranger.

Some of us actually did the due diligence required with the best resources and written agreements to ensure everything was on the up and up. How can you control someone who won't honor a written contract once they get your money?

You're one of those idiots who's never taken a risk in your life in trying to achieve more than just typing behind a computer screen or working at the local Target or K-Mart. It's obvious by the message you've posted here.

Maybe when you have some more life experience and do something with your life besides pounding the computer-fist, you'll be allowed to talk.

But for now the grown-ups are here, so go away; grow up; and comeback when you've reached man-hood. Meanwhile, sit and STFU.

I'm Amazed! ..SO VERY EASY to scam the gullable

AUTHOR: RJ - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 23, 2003

Let's understand this situation. All of you folks talk to a STRANGER over the phone and actually BELIEVE everything that he tells you. Next, visions of wealth take over and you happily send him $40,000 for product that you have never even seen. And then you are so surprised that you were lied to and cheated. Please!

I'm amazed that in 2003, with all of the information readily available for research, that it is still SO VERY EASY to scam the gullable.

#7 Consumer Suggestion

To all those who have invested with this company and many others like it Beware.

AUTHOR: L - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 22, 2003

I have lived in South Florida for many years and have met some of the individuals who own and work for these types of business opportunity companies. I went to school with some of them. I have been in some of many offices down here in Florida.

Mind you I have never partaken in any of these activities. These people laugh at you when you send them money and only come back to you to see if you have any more or can borrow some more for the wonderful opportunity they offer.

Unfortunately these people are not of any business or professional quality what so ever. If you ever went to see the people you were dealing with you would have never done business with them. They change the name of businesses every so often and sell the business opportunity flavor of the month IE: Phone cards, Greeting cards, pay phones. Allot of the operators and sales personnel have been in legal trouble for the very same thing and worse as what they do now. The penalties for them are not so severe or the attorneys they hire stave off full prosecutions and they go back to business as usual or put it in someone elses name. I am sorry to say that if you see business opportunities like these you need to go to companies and check them out thoroughly before sending money. I have been asked in the past to participate in the way of what they call singers. That is where I would allow my name or alias to be supplied with a phone number to be used as a reference for perspective buyers to talk with about all the money I've made, and how easy the business has been for me so I may recommend the company and people highly.

Do your home work. I believe that all business oportunity companies must register with either the Florida Department of Agriculture or the attorney General here in Florida to make such offerings. If you want additional info, go to The Florida division of corps to track how many companies the principles own, or have owned and see how long the businesses have been formed. The link for that is: http://ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us/corpweb/inquiry/cormenu.html

The presidents name of Teleking Communications is:
FRANK SCHREIBER

The sales people very rarely give you their real names on the phone to you. Good luck to all of you.

Another Victim Of TeleKing

AUTHOR: T - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 05, 2003

To whom it mat concern:

There seems to be what appears to be wide spread fraud involving TeleKing communications. I too, was lied to, by TeleKing. My first encounter was with Alex who's almost ever word was a lie. From that point it was all down hill. The money is not in the phone cards sales but from the people that have been lied to and buy in. I would like to see class suit against each and every one of those involved.

I would be more than willing to come forth with all the information that I have obtained through my conversations with 8 employees of TeleKing and 3 alleged Distributors.

Maybe, in the future, if state law allows, one might consider recording any and all conversations for personal reference with dealing with any type of so called business opportunity.

Also, be leary of Intelecall communications and Debit Corporation of America.
