One night I was watching tv and an ad for Shed Pal came on, looked like a good deal so I went to the website, well to even see the total you have to put in your credit card number.

 Well once I got my credit card in the site went nuts , every the site would revert to the previous page , the one I entered my card info on. I kept trying to see what the total would be. After a few tries I just xed out. Never once did I get a total page or a confirmation page.

Well I forgot about it and then today I got THREE postcards, saying that my product was on back order and if I wanted to still receive the product I didn't need to do anything but if I wanted to cancel just sign and sent back the postage paid card.

 No phone number  of course so I could not complain to them. But I scanned the cards and of course sending them back.

I will never even touch one of their sites again, I am really happy that they sent me the cards but it shows what can happen. They make you enter your credit card before they show you the price of the shipping. Gives me the creeps that they have my card number now.

But just beware.

So I called my credit card company and they called Telebrands and we went on a three way  call and of course I got the I can give you a discount of 5 bucks , I said that was a joke.

 The lady at the credit card company said that she needed to find out the date of the order, I thought it was in January but it was 2-11-12. And then she asked Telebrands what the shipping dates should have been. She said 7-10 days and that was all my credit card person needed to hear.

 She put in the dispute of non receiving merchandise.  So the charge is being taken off. Telebrands told me  to just write the RMA numbers she gave me and refused on the packages and I don't have to pay for them. But of course they were not going to credit me till they received them back but my credit card lady did it right away.

Boo on Telebrands and YAY on Bank of America customer service!!

The moral of the story I guess is use your credit card company in cases like this instead of the companies you ordered from. Also Telebrands told me and the credit card lady that as soon as you enter your information there is a chance the order will be placed. Isn't that Horrifying?
