Telecom USA charged my checking account for calls I did not make. Nationwide

I just noticed two charges on my checking account statement, for $5.83 and $4.07, from "TELECOM US 50 INTERNATIONAL DR 800-4761234 SCUS"

I called the 800-47601234 number and listened to a voice recording: "Thank you for calling 10-10-220," and pressed option 4 to talk to an agent. But the response was "I was unable to process your request because of a technical difficult. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Goodbye." And got hung up on my the machine!

According to the FAQ on their website, you can't initiate these calls from a cell phone:

Q. Can I use 10-10-220 from any phone?
A. 10-10-220 can be used from your home telephone, some small business telephones and fax machines. Unfortunately, it is not available from pay phones, cell phones, hotel rooms, dormitories, military bases or most businesses.

I don't even HAVE a land line! Haven't had one since 2001! I NEVER use landlines, especially to make international calls! Why are these calls charged to me???
